    GL~         Guild Leader   -   former leader needs to be retired

  CL~        Class   Leader           -    must be appointed by GL
 
        L~        Leader         -      appointed by Guild Leader

        C~         Capt.          -     appointed by Class Leader

        LT~        Lt.                -      50 ears turned into all leaders

      S~          Sergeant       -    40 ears given to all Leaders

      P~          Private         -   stay in guild for a week

                 Recruit         -  just joined and help recruit others
